Mushroom Baby Museum

This is the first tourist factory in Yilan to receive the "Environmental Education Site" certification. It has also obtained the GTS (Green Travel Seal) international green travel label and three certifications: Muslim-friendly environment, Muslim-friendly DIY activities, and Muslim-friendly products. This provides a rich and diverse range of experiences for all types of domestic and international tourists. At the same time, the site incorporates low-carbon renovations to implement green actions, promoting love for the Earth, cherishing resources, and environmental sustainability!

In 2024, it was awarded the title of "Excellent Tourist Factory" by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. It was also named the No. 1 of "Taiwan's Top Ten Hottest Tourist Factories" and included in the internationally renowned travel guide, Lonely Planet's "Secret Wonders of the World," which selected it as a must-visit destination worldwide. It is also the only tourist factory in Taiwan to be selected!

The Microbial Museum | Let more people understand what "microbes" are, and unveil the mystery of microorganisms layer by layer. You can see the evolution and utilization of these microbes. In addition to the exhibition hall, the audiovisual room allows everyone to have a deeper understanding of the microbial world.

We recommend booking a guided tour in advance. The guide will use a humorous and easy-to-understand approach to introduce you to good and bad bacteria and help you explore the mysteries of the microbial world. There will also be quizzes with prizes from time to time!

There are DIY activities suitable for both adults and children (making moisturizing lotion, hydrating face mask, overnight mask, and kumquat hand sanitizer), among which the kumquat hand sanitizer even won the Ministry of Economic Affairs Industrial Development Bureau's Tourism Factory Craftsmanship Award. The museum is spacious, offering not only exhibitions but also outdoor walks and fish feeding, making it perfect for family outings!
